EasyPic utilizes advanced AI technology to generate and edit images based on User prompts and inputs. While you retain ownership of the images you generate, you agree to the following:
Customer support via email is provided to all Users. The Company will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests promptly and within a reasonable timeframe.
While basic features of EasyPic may be available for trial, full access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Upon purchasing a subscription, you are obligated to remit payment for the applicable fees as outlined on our website. All prices listed on our website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be calculated and added to the total price based on the User's country of purchase.
All payments are processed through our trusted third-party payment processor, Paddle.com. The Company does not store any credit card details of the User. Paddle.com is responsible for the collection and remittance of taxes.
For recurring subscriptions, as long as your subscription remains active, it will be automatically renewed, and your account will be billed in full at the end of each subscription period.
You have the flexibility to cancel your recurring payments at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting Paddle customer support.
The User can request a refund within 15 days from the date of their purchase. This 15-day refund policy is unconditional and no specific reason is required for requesting a refund, although feedback is always appreciated to help us improve our offerings.
Upon receipt of your refund request, and provided it meets the stated conditions, we will initiate the refund process within a maximum of seven days. Subsequently, the funds will be automatically transferred back to the card that was used for the original payment. Please note that all refund procedures will be executed by our third-party payment processor, Paddle.
The Company reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to alter, modify, discontinue, or terminate access to the Service without prior notice. This right may be exercised for any reason or without reason altogether. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, generate inappropriate content, or use the Service in a manner that harms our platform or other users. These Terms will be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is based. Any disagreements or claims related to these Terms will be dealt with in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
